Mike Marriott - Non Exec Chairman
Mike formed the company some 25 years ago, when Bar-Coding was an emerging industry, he has seen the company grow from strength to strength ensuring that it has kept pace with technology and the requirements of the user.
Mike will be working with the Management team to help form and develop the next chapter in MJM's history
In his spare time Mike likes to play a few rounds of Golf and spend time in his Devon retreat.
Colin Walters - Development Director
Colin has joined MJM to assist in the development of the company in all areas such as; Product Development, Sales & Marketing and Infrastructure.
It is his plan to build on MJM's 25 years plus in the industry and expand the product portfolio in Software, Services, Hardware and Consumables.
Colin has in excess of 17 years experience in the auto ID industry, where he has gained extensive knowledge of Bar-Coding, RFID, Data Capture and Stock Management and Control
In his spare time Colin can be found running around after his 4 children (taxi!). Colin is also an avid football fan (watching these days), he enjoys sailing when time, weather and wife permit.
Paul Austin - Technical Manager
Paul is the Technical Manager at MJM and has had over 15 years experience in the development of Portable Data Capture Solutions.
He joined MJM in the late 80's when he started on the development of Software to produce Barcode 'Menu cards' on laser printers in the days before WYSIWYG label design packages.
When he is not working Paul can be found enjoying a quiet pint of Guinness whilst watching England's latest sporting blunder. Or, if the weather is nice and no worthy sporting blunder available, escaping to the country for a gentle walk, normally factoring in a quiet pint of Guinness.
Peter Allen - Operations Manager
Peter has been with the company for the past 9 years, and he is the key to ensuring that orders are fulfilled, service levels maintained and generally running a tight efficient ship.
When not at the helm Peter can be found walking the boards at his local theatre company or out walking the Dales
